Well I haven’t yet personally redeemed from this site as of yet, however, I have redeemed from a site that is based under the same company; Chanced. If punt is anything like chanced is, 10/10 would recommend. So far, it seems as if it is exactly the same, just with a different name.

Susan thank you for reaching out to resolve this matter, it made all the difference. Just to clarify I contacted Support through emails, since live chat wasn't available 17 times. You explained that my emails some how went to spam but only twice did I get a response. As I promised and since you contacted me, which was all I wanted, and in the end resolved this matter I have changed my 1 star status to 4 stars. Because of you and how you handled this complaint is the reason my review has changed. Just a heads-up on other complaints I have seen that yes if you are a player from the USA you will have to use a VPN and change your location to Germany and that will allow you more games to play, not all but quite a few more than none at all.
